His years in the United States Marine Corps are just one piece of his history that has helped to make Adam Smith, Senior Vice President of Member Programs (not to be confused with the OTHER Adam Smith on staff who is the Creative Director!) the leader he is today. His intrinsic passion for helping was evident during his time advocating in the Office of the Governor for active duty military servicemen, servicewomen, and veterans, and certainly shines now as he works hard for Virginia REALTORS^® members every day. In his role, Adam is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all association member benefits, education programs, local association outreach programs, broker outreach, and member committee volunteer involvement. In his free time, he enjoys running, fishing, and volunteering. Quite often you can find him behind the grill cooking up something for his family and friends.
