PM Certified Courses

Residential Property Management 101 / 6 hours

Residential Property Management 101 will sharpen the foundational skills necessary for conducting everyday business. Learn key rules and guidelines, business models, and time management software/systems to enhance your role as a property manager. You will also review strategies to respond appropriately to an emergency or a crisis situation.

Module 1 Course will be submitted for CE Approval.

Property Managers and the Law / 8 hours

Don’t get caught off guard! Join your peers in Property Managers and the Law to become familiar with law and regulations. Learn to mitigate risk, educate your landlord and tenants, and understand how to protect your business. Gain confidence in your ability to keep up with ever-changing laws.

Module 2 Course will be submitted for CE Approval.

Agency Issues for Property Managers / 3 hours

Agency is a key part of a licensee’s relationship with a client. You are invited to discuss these relationships in more detail. Dive deeper into understanding the roles of the parties involved.

Mastering the Lease / 3.5 hours
