We asked our REALTOR^® members to tell us their favorite apps that help them maximize their productivity and make their life easier. Many of these apps are free, and all cost less than a few pumpkin spice lattes!

Design:

Canva– This app makes you feel like a graphic designer in no time! Customize graphics and presentations with this free design app.

Driving:

Gas Buddy– Who doesn’t love to get the cheapest gas price? Gas Buddy tells you all the prices of gas around you.

Waze– Need to get to a listing appointment the quickest way? Waze tells you about construction, traffic, and police presence on each route.

Taking a client out for a meal:

Open Table– If you want to wow your clients, Open Table has you covered. This app allows you to explore and reserve restaurant reservations in your area- anytime and anywhere!

Productivity:

Todoist– Picture this: You have a million things to do and can’t figure out the best way to prioritize it all. This app is designed to help you organize and plan all your projects.

Self-Care:

Headspace– It’s important to take a moment to yourself when you’ve had a crazy day and need some quiet time. Headspace creates guided meditations to help you relax.

Recording:

Otter– This app records and transcribes voice meeting notes. Perfect for staying focused on a conversation.

Teleprompter Lite– Need a quick teleprompter? Teleprompter Lite lets you turn your device into a teleprompter!

Miscellaneous:

Landglide– This app allows you to search parcel records while you’re out and about and includes real estate property boundary overlays.

Scannable– Do you ever find yourself working with buyers and sellers and need to scan an important document quickly? Scannable transforms documents into high-quality scans that are ready to save or share.
